 ARGH!!!

 This is so annoying.  I swear I ran  'clean' for  py-scipy py-setuptools
 py35-scipy and py35-setuptools before I submitted the ticket.

 But I just did all four again... and everything installed cleanly...

 Ugh...  sigh.
