 Well Activity Monitor, command line option, or either Force Quit could not
 kill this app. I had to hold down the power button to force switch off the
 computer (which is not always a good thing). Perhaps you should include
 this issue within your FAQ for future El Capitan installations. Clearly
 the self update option is not always working!
