 afsctool, as currently included in MacPorts, no longer works on Sierra.
 Trying to apply compression to any folder results in

 {{{
 > afsctool -c .
 No compressable files in folder
 }}}

 There seems to be a fix here:

 https://github.com/jrk/afsctool/commits/master

 However, I haven't tested it.

 This issue is to request an update to a Sierra-compatible version of
 afsctool.
