 Proposed patch: updates version numbers, stage0 date, hashes, removes
 patch for 1.11 source.

 It's unclear whether the "i386" platform will build correctly, when
 binaries from the Rust project use the "i686" nomenclature.

 Tested on x86_64, OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan.
