 Here is a copy of the most recent email and response from the principal
 SUMO developer recommending using Homebrew to solve the problem with Fox
 on MacPorts. At the moment SUMO is unusable on MacPorts. Please help!

 There is a problem with one of the required sumo libraries on Mac (fox
 toolkit). As a workaround you may try the following:

 sudo port uninstall sumo
 sudo port uninstall fox

 then follow the homebrew guide:

 http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Installing/MacOS_Build_w_Homebrew
