 Could dblatex be updated to version 0.3.10?

 The file `dblatex-0.3.9-patchfiles.diff` remove uneeded patchfile.
 The file `dblatex-0.3.9-0.3.10.diff` update the Portfile to version 0.3.10
 of dblatex.
