 This port currently depends on `php-igbinary`, but that has not been
 updated to support php70 / php71. I've added a ticket asking for that to
 be updated to a newer version: #53971

 Other than that, I've got `php-memcached` working with php71 as a compile
 from source configured against the MacPorts libmemcached - this might be a
 good route for anyone else waiting on this ticket.
