 It would be nice to be able to build just a single subport (that equals
 the main port). For example `php` or `wxWidgets-3.0` or `llvm-3.x`. At the
 moment force-building the main port would also trigger rebuilding of all
 subports and there doesn't seem to be any way to avoid that.
