 There were wholesale changes in the build system in the 20161119 release
 that make it more difficult to adapt to OS X.  I've been hoping that
 another release might be forthcoming with some of the pain points fixed.
 So far, that hasn't happened.  The developers, SiliconDust, are focused on
 building out their DVR system.
