 Some more comments:
  - The {{{revision}}} line should be deleted because it starts at 0 when
 increasing the version and that is the default value.
  - Instead of setting {{{distfiles}}}, simply set the {{{distname}}}. That
 will likely remove the need to set {{{pre-configure}}},
 {{{configure.dir}}} and {{{configure.cmd}}}.
