 clisp: Include compiler_blacklist_versions portgroup

 The port has already been using this portgroup's blacklisting syntax
 since 61e571dfd5fb1a6e36a9868c0152b2549321fb22 which presumably broke
 the build on Lion with Xcode 4.2 or earlier; this should fix it again.
