 Peter has MacPorts set up with LibcxxOnOlderSystems, and the default
 compiler is now set to clang-3.9 with that configuration. I have the exact
 same setup, and db48 is installed.... but I can't build it with clang-3.9
 just now either. Clang-3.8 also won't build it....

 But sure enough, macports-clang-3.7 does build it without any trouble.

 I must have built it when my default compiler was set differently.

 So - Peter - looks like you can build it with clang-3.7. For the portfile,
 we'll need to try a couple of other systems, and then blacklist clang-3.8,
 clang-3.9, and whatever else turns out not to work.
