 Great news for older systems needing newer browsers.

 These three issues (old ruby, missing PRId64 definition, and Cursor name
 collision) that prevented building and function on older systems have all
 be fixed nicely. Webkit2-gtk compiles and runs on 10.6 and up. See pull
