 OK. so the fully-built package is available
 <http://packages.macports.org/webkit2-gtk/webkit2-gtk-2.14.2_2+gtk2+x11.darwin_16.x86_64.tbz2>
 on the prebuilt-packages site, so your system should download and install
 that rather than try to build it.

 I suspect you're somehow building it differently, therefore. May I ask
 what command you're using to try to install it?
