 Also, I encourage you to use a tarball-style URL for the psldata file, to
 match the port's main distfile. If you really want to use an archive-style
 URL, then at least add a dummy parameter to the `master_sites` so that you
 can adjust the psldata filename to include a string like "psldata", to
 avoid confusion with the libpsl distfiles.
