 I looked at the Portfile diff to see the changes. Appears the
 [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/blob/7575a87046cc21e4530406e15c77c4379b9a458b/fuse/osxfuse/files
 /patch-build.d_targets_packagemanager.sh.diff patch] removes the build of
 the environment //(ie. `... /osxfuse.fs/Contents/Resources/load_osxfuse":
 no such file or directory`)//. It stops at “Filesystems/”.

 Removing the patch in from the Portfile, it passed the Staging, and
 installed.
