 I don't get the same `/bin/ps` error when upgrading to 3.0.6 so I'm hoping
 that's fixed with the newer release. However, I do run into the same
 problem @kurthindenburg ran into with an invalid link command. It seems
 just re-running the exact same command succeeds, though, making this a bit
 more difficult to debug.
