 Is that documented somewhere?  The closest thing I saw to a list of
 interactive questions was
 https://trac.macports.org/wiki/SummerOfCode2014_interactive, which doesn't
 bill itself as comprehensive, doesn't make it easy to find the sublist
 that applies to `install`, and does list some prompts that I should have
 seen but haven't.
