 At least in my initial testing, Boost 1.66.0 is highly compatible with
 1.65.1. Some deprecated methods have been removed, but there are
 alternatives offered & so patching is pretty easy. I'll attach the patch
 (which is also very simple). I'll admit that I didn't test out all
 variants, just the defaults. Hopefully others can test this further.
