Comment (by ballapete):

 `CMake`'s `Portfile` has for `El Capitan`, or all `Darwin` versions, the
 `configure` option `--system-libs` (line # 152). This is withdrawn for
 `Tiger` (line # 152). Couldn't this be as well used for `Tiger`, in case
 `libuv` could be built on `Tiger`? (See #53143 and #55594)
