 AHA.  Solution was to remove the temporary folder {{{ sudo rm -R
 /var/folders/zy/phns8z2x63xcllcs35bfxrpc0000gp }}}, then re-accept the
 xcode license {{{ sudo xcodebuild -license }}}.  I've got it working.
