 Hi there,

 I recently upgraded to High Sierra, followed
 [https://trac.macports.org/wiki/Migration this link] and for the most part
 it worked: allowed me to get back up and running with my ports. Some of
 them failed to install though, the critical one for me is ''R''. I got
 this error

 (The log is attached below). I read Ticket [ticket:48471] which seems to
 have a similar output error, but didn't help me. Any suggestions? Thanks
