 Since you are looking at icu (which I know nothing about)...

 Is 'lib/libicudata.a' a necessary file?  It is suspiciously close in size
 to lib/libicudata.55.1.dylib.

 I only ask because icu is one of the larger packages going into my mpkg.
 Just wanted to be sure the file is necessary.
