 Port Version: 2.4.0

 when I install arm-elf-gcc by macport, I will meet the below error. Then I
 use port clean and rebuild again.
 But it still build failed as below.

 refer to the attachment for logs.

 ➜  ~ sudo port install arm-elf-gcc
