Thanks for the comment! I fixed the local copy one, i.e. the one lies
under `.../rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/ports/`, and it worked.

`.../rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/ports/`. The second one is the
MacPorts harness itself which lives in
`.../rsync.macports.org/macports/release/tarballs/base/`. See the extra
`macports/` directory in the middle.
