New description:

 /opt/local/include

 </opt/local/include/udunits2> does not exist
 }}}

 This keeps on going indefinitely, so the port doesn't get configured. I
 created the directory /opt/local/include/udunits2 manually, allowing the
 port to be configured properly, but in the end the build step had failed
