 Mac Ports currently has version 34.1.1 of py-setuptools. Current version
 is 34.2.0, per https://pypi.python.org/pypi/setuptools and
 https://setuptools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

 Unfortunately, I'm not able to make an updated Portfile at the moment.
