 Please look carefully.

 The compiler that complains is not `/opt/local/bin/clang++-mp-4.0`, but
 rather
 `/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin/clang++`.

 From what I understand that's the expected behaviour except that Xcode's
 clang++ should not be called at all.
