Comment:

 This issue should be fixed now. Turns out that the "proper" fix was just
 to include "QMAKE_OBJECTIVE_CXXFLAGS = -stdlib=libc++" when using libc++.
 The change I just pushed should allow for building on -any- libc++
 MacPorts install, which should make Ken happy. I also integrated the -W*
 removal into the patch instead of doing post-configure. Please test! I'm
 going to close this as fixed; please reopen if this specific issue is not
 fixed for you & add your new logfile.
