 Whenever I update gnss-sdr, I update volk-gnss-sdr to the same version. I
 usually leave dependencies the same too. From the look of this patch,
 you've removed python27 & cheetah from gnss-sdr ... is that your
 intention? Looks like for volk-gnss-sdr you kept python27 but moved to
 using mako & six instead of cheetah, yes?
