 As far as I know there aren't any other programs that actually know how to
 talk to pcb via DBus, so there's no reason to enabled it by default and
 add the extra dependency. It can be made an optional dependency via a
 variant. If the situation changes (I don't see that happening in the near
 future) it can be made a default.
