 I think I understand the problem, but I'm not sure what the solution is.
 With this release, pcb switched from "snapshot" versioning to an actual
 version number. Is there a way to trick MacPorts? I don't really think
 it's a good idea to change this version to 20170117 as it may cause even
 more confusion than the original change to have two different version
 numbers in two different places.
