 I have the feeling that before TenFourFox had refreshed the window of
 issue [https://github.com/libuv/libuv/issues/1180] someone had responded
 with: `10.4 is not supported. Please see
 https://github.com/libuv/libuv/blob/v1.x/SUPPORTED_PLATFORMS.md`.
