New description:

 Hi,

 I got a problem with the installation of gcc7 on my ppc mac. All
 dependecies of gcc7 installed without any problems except of one.  libgcc-
 devel is building for about one hour and terminates with the following
 error
 {{{
 Error: org.macports.build for port libgcc-devel returned: command
 execution failed
 Error: Failed to install libgcc-devel
 }}}

 I tried it several times and cleaned the port after every try but without
 success. \\
 Mac OS X Leopard \\
 PowerBook G4

 Can you help me please! Thanks in advance.

 You should probably report the problem to the developers of gcc so that
 they can fix it.
