 Please add Python 3.6 for {{{py-pandas}}}.

 I think the following packages need to get Python 3.6 support first (or at
 the same time) (as of Jan 6, 2017):

 * {{{py-tables}}}
 * {{{py-bottleneck}}}
 * {{{py-numexpr}}}

 Is it just a matter of adding 36 to {{{python.versions}}}?
 If so I could make a pull request.
