 I'm getting close to having a Mac OS X 10.7.5 install for testing. Out of
 curiosity, how do folks install volk? GCC provided with Xcode for that
 MacOS X version fail to build it, so I ended up installing and using clang
 3.4. I'll revisit this volk issue once I get this ticket fixed.
