Comment (by lpsinger):

 py-pywcs is also obsolete, and there are no ports that depend on py-pywcs
 (see #53266). I just updated py-kapteyn so that it no longer depends on
 py-pyfits (see commit: 3f2fdb6294626c7b93eb1683f436f7de8a6059b5).
