Comment (by cdeil):

 {{{py36-readline}}} was now added: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/53243

 But it results in Python REPL crash on exit, so it's not a solution.

 Installing {{{py36-gnureadline}}} doesn't solve this "messed up terminal
 state on exit" issue.

 Sigh.
