 * status:  new => closed
 * resolution:   => invalid


Comment:

 No, it shouldn't. That setting doesn't mean the configure phase
 disappears, it means it won't run `./configure` (or whatever
 configure.cmd). You could still be using an alternate configuration system
 like xmkmf.
