 Is this ticket's issue still a problem? By now, the https mirror for the
 daily tarball of portfiles should be updated with the doxygen & GR fixes
 -- those were incorporated 3-4 over the past weekend.

 Not sure how you do a "selfupdate" in this case ... I think you have to
 re-do the PortIndex, which is easy enough to do manually if there is no
 other good way:
