 I stopped trying to deal with nodejs / npm software in MacPorts. npm's way
 of handling dependencies is not compatible with MacPorts' way of handling
 dependencies, so adding to MacPorts any npm module which has any
 dependencies on other npm modules is nontrivial. Probably we should just
 remove any such ports that were already added (jake, coffee-script,
 anything using those ports).
