 starts by updating webp, then building freeglut, then again building webp.

 In the above commit, I changed webp to depend on freeglut. If you try to
 install or upgrade webp, freeglut will be installed or upgraded first, if
 it is not already installed and up to date. If you believe something else
 happened on your system, you could show us your terminal transcript.
