 OK. I finally coerced the various GR ports to install. I had to "install
 gr-osmosdr -sdrplay -soapysdr", since those don't work for various
 reasons. I had to use "configure.compiler=macports-clang-3.4" for a few
 ports, but on the whole things worked. For the Gqrx port, I also had to
 insert "set qt_name qt5" just before "PortGroup           qmake5 1.0" to
 get dependencies to work. Quite a PITA.

 I'm using gnuradio-devel, volk-devel, uhd-devel, and gqrx-devel. I don't
 see this issue. It is possible that when not using the devel versions this
 issue pops up. IIRC, logging was tweaked in gnuradio-devel & is not
 tweaked in the latest release -- this will obviously be fixed with the
 next release, but it isn't yet.

 My recommendation is to try gnuradio-devel & gqrx-devel & see if this
 problem goes away. on my end I'll try the non-devel port versions & see if
 I can replicate this issue using those.
