 For a more comprehensive way to fix this for all ports, see the many posts
 on trac about this issue. My solution is to install a bootstrap version of
 macports into /opt/bootstrap, install libcurl in there, and then reference
 that curl installation when installing the main installation of macports
 into /opt/local (by source).
