Comment:

 I'll send a patch for review, in particular I need a tester on Sierra. One
 of the things I noticed is a failure in the following test (on an older
 OS):

 MUTEX_LOCK (22) [HiRes.xs:773] at t/clock.t line 40.

 I don't know if this is new in 5.24.1, I have to check.
