 gcc8 has snapshots & thus is the next "devel" version of the gcc* series.
 I've designed this Portfile for libgcc8 and gcc8 to install (I think) in
 parallel with the other *gcc* ports. That said, libgcc8 fails to build for
 me. I'll attache a tarball of the gcc8 directory & patch, along with a
 snippet of the error in the comments.
