 Error:

 dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libhdf5.100.dylib
   Referenced from: /opt/local/netcdf/lib/libnetcdf.11.dylib
   Reason: image not found

 In /opt/local/lib there is libhdf5.101.dylib
 - does netcdf need to be fixed to get the new hdf version?

 I also tried
 - sudo port -n upgrade --force netcdf
 - sudo port -n upgrade --force hdf5
 which didn't help.
