 libepoxy provides `#include <epoxy/egl.h>`, but not by default on darwin.
 There is a configure arg that is supposed to enable it, but it doesn't
 result in it building. Editing configure.ac prior to running configure to
 try to force it just leads to an `egl.pc` not found error.

 I did manage to get it to build in the work directory and could copy it
 over by hand, but that's a messed up way to approach this.

 So -- I think for this one, you'll have to wait for dave or similar to
 tell us why that header is so bashful.
