 I am also seeing failure on eigen3 configure (see attached
 jkulesza_eigen3_main.log).  I'm posting here because it looks like the
 issue is the same as in OP's main.log.  Please let me know if I should
 create a new ticket.

 This is with OS X 10.11.6 and Xcode 8.2.1.

 My ports are up-to-date with the exception of libnetpbm (see Ticket
 #[[ticket:54428]]).

 Please let me know what additional diagnostic information would be
 helpful.
