 libvirt-glib: Fix build with use_autoreconf

 use_automake in the Portfile results in a build failure. kencu made the
 initial suggestion of adding use_autoreconf and raimue followed up by
 saying that use_automake could be removed altogether.

 Add gtk-doc dependency required by autoreconf.
